Kathy Kaye

I have been delivering coaching and team effectiveness programs for almost 20 years in the corporate, nonprofit and academic arenas. I received my Certified Professional CoActive Coach designation through the Coaches Training Institute and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaches Federation. I am also a certified facilitator of Personal Strengths TotalSDI, the full suite of Human Synergistics assessment tools as well as the Leadership Circle Profile. 

 

Being an office manager for two different organizations in the leadership field as well as delivering leadership development, team effectiveness and change management programs taught me the value of experiential learning. Affiliations with other companies in this line of work have equipped me with a broad range of training approaches. I have also worked on various community development projects focused on youth, health and housing with non-profit and government organizations. My overseas experience includes housing research in India and Zimbabwe, teaching English in Korea and training English speaking students in TESOL techniques.

 

These experiences give me a unique and diverse perspective when working with groups of people delivering high quality training and development programs.
