Four Steps to Create Habits that Stick

Here are 4 tips from @James Clear for making habits that will be easier to maintain and an example of how to use it to drink more water in your day.

  1. Make it obvious. Put your water bottle or glass beside your workstation. 🥤

  2. Make it attractive. Cut up slices of lemon, fruit or berries to add a splash of colour.🍋

  3. Make it easy. Drink at least half a glass before you eat anything. 🥛

  4. Make it satisfying. Reward yourself with a tasty, thirst quenching drink!😊
