Reactive strategies - self-limiting beliefs and assumptions that limit effectiveness, authentic expression, and empowering leadership (e.g. complying, protecting and controlling).

When we shine a light 🔦 on our underlying thinking patterns that drive our current behaviour, we have access to new choices and possibilities.
