Peak Performance – Three key pillars to have in place

Peak performance doesn’t happen in isolation. Whether you’re a CEO, business owner, athlete, or in another area of expertise, those who are in the top levels of performance are doing things differently.

Practical Leadership, led by @Joel Bennett and his guest speaker @Shawn Shephard talked about what peak performers do that makes them stand out.

Here are the top three things that are key to play at the highest levels.

1. Coaching and accountability – do you have a coach/guide/mentor to help you learn, grow, and hold you accountable?

2. Community – do you have a supportive network of people who will understand your situation? Do you also have a network outside of your area of expertise to gain different perspectives and insight?

3. Tools – Do you have what you need implement your plans? Are you working on the right things at the right time? Do you know which resources are needed?

Which of these do you already have in place? Which ones do you need to work on? What impact would these key pillars have on your performance?
